When we are children, our parents had coaches for us for everything: Soccer, Ballet, Football, Singing, Guitar, Swimming, Art... you name it, we had a coach. So why is it when we are building a business and a legacy for ourselves and our families, something so extraordinarily important, we refuse to get a coach? What has us so convinced that not investing in ourselves by using someone else's short cuts and lessons through their failures, is a good idea?
The biggest real estate teams, companies, sports athletes, etc that earn the most in their respective industries all have one thing in common.... they have a coach. Sometimes several coaches!

I'm here to tell you that every single reason listed above is total B***S***. Yup I said it! You deserve everything you work so hard to create. Not all coaches are created equal. Not all coach / student dynamics work.
After going through all of the thoughts of uncertainty, the not so great coaches, the training events, the books.... I knew it was time to hire a coach. Not just 1, but 3! I realized that in order to scale my business I needed help. I also realized that doing it alone was not brave, it was actually foolish. Everyone who got to the top had help and guidance.
I can tell you that because of my coaches, my business has skyrocketed! My businesses are on pace to cross the 7 figure mark this year and it was all because I chose to run together vs. conquer the world alone.
